The GirlCo was born from lived experience — from knowing what it feels like to overfunction until you disappear, to self-abandon while carrying everyone else, and from the fierce decision to come home to yourself. Today, that mission lives most deeply in our coaching.
Founded by Patricia, Inspired by Dani
As a DSW and LCSW with over 25 years of clinical experience — and as a woman who knows what it means to rebuild — Patricia created The GirlCo to help women stop overfunctioning for everyone else and start reclaiming their own lives. Her daughter Dani has been a powerful source of inspiration, reminding her that reclaiming yourself is not just possible — it's necessary.
At its heart, The GirlCo is a coaching practice for overfunctioning women who have self-abandoned and are ready to reclaim their lives. The empowerment-focused clothing and jewelry are the daily reminders — the coaching is where the real rebuilding happens.
